WEEKLY RATES

LOW SEASON Jan, Nov, Dec. (exc. Xmas and New Year) $1350.00

MID SEASON Feb, March, April, May, June, Sept, Oct. $1450.00

HIGH SEASON July, Aug, Thanksgiving $1600.00

PEAK Easter, Xmas, New Year $1800.00

POOL & SPA HEAT AVAILABLE ALL YEAR
 (recommended Oct. to May) $200.00

Weekly rates include 12% local/state taxes and end of stay cleaning

Stays of 5 nights or less incur a $95.00 cleaning fee

Payment can be made through Pay Pal in USD with a credit card. Alternatively we accept personal cheques, wire transfer or online bank transfer.

A deposit of $300.00 per week and a completed booking form will secure Parc Villa for your vacation.

Your final payment including a $360.00 refundable security/breakages deposit will need to be cleared by 10 weeks before your arrival.
